DRIED SUMMER TRUFFLE - GRINDER

Dried Summer truffle in slices, result of a natural process of dehydration. It can be used by itself to garnish your dishes or in combination with fresh truffle and other truffle sauces. 

It's a very delicate seasoning that allows you to enjoy the delicate flavour of summer truffle throughout the year.

HOW TO USE: Ready to use product, grate directly on the dishes.  Recommended dose: 2 g of dried product per servings. If you like it, rehydrate the product in warm water for 15-20 minutes or in hot broth for 2/3 minutes. It's possible to use either extra virgin olive oil with truffle flavour or truffle butter as a base for the dish preparation.
